4. Booking and Cancellation

• A contract forms upon confirming a service booking. Clients must ensure access is provided at the agreed time.
• We will attempt to meet time slots, but delays may occur.
• Consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period unless service begins within that time.
• Cancellations with 24+ hours' notice receive full refunds.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur fees.

10. Warranty and Pest Re-Treatment

We guarantee services are delivered with skill and regulatory compliance. If pests persist shortly after treatment, we may offer a follow-up depending on the guarantee terms. We do not guarantee pests won't return in future. Cooperation with our advice is essential.

11. Complaints

We aim to resolve complaints quickly and fairly. Contact us with your concerns and we will investigate. If unresolved, you may seek further advice from a consumer body.
